Любое груженое или порожнее дорожное механическое транспортное средство, которое прибывает в страну или выбывает из нее через разные пункты, независимо от вида транспорта, при условии, что вся перевозка в пределах этой страны осуществляется по автомобильным дорогам и что в ней не производится ни погрузка, ни выгрузка.
Включаются дорожные механические транспортные средства, которые на границе этой станы грузятся на другой вид транспорта или выгружаются с него.

transit of road vehicle
Any loaded or empty road motor vehicle, which enters and leaves the country at different points by whatever means of transport, provided the total journey within the country is by road and that there is no loading or unloading in the country.
Road motor vehicles loaded/unloaded at the frontier of that country onto/from another mode of transport are included.

Beladenes oder unbeladenes Kraftfahrzeug, das – gleichgültig über welchen Verkehrsträger – in das Land einfährt und es an einer anderen Stelle wieder verlässt, sofern die Durchfahrt auf der Straße und ohne Be- oder Entladen erfolgt.
Eingeschlossen sind Kraftfahrzeuge, die an der Grenze des Transitlandes von einem Verkehrsträger ab- und auf einen anderen aufgeladen werden.

Véhicule routier automobile, en charge ou à vide, entré dans le pays et l’ayant quitté en un lieu différent du point d’entrée par tout mode de transport, à condition que la totalité du parcours à l’intérieur du pays ait été effectuée par la route et qu’il n’y ait eu ni chargement, ni déchargement dans le pays.
Les véhicules routiers automobiles qui, à la frontière du pays considéré, sont chargés sur / déchargés d’un autre mode de transport sont pris en compte.

Il veicolo stradale a motore, carico o vuoto, che, a prescindere dal mezzo di trasporto utilizzato, entra nel paese e lo lascia, attraversando la frontiera in un punto diverso da quello di entrata, a condizione che l'intero viaggio all'interno del paese sia compiuto su strada e che in tale paese non siano effettuate operazioni di carico o di scarico.
Sono inclusi i veicoli stradali a motore che alla frontiera del paese sono caricati su un altro modo di trasporto o sono scaricati da un altro modo di trasporto.

Cualquier vehículo de carretera que haya entrado y salido del país por un lugar diferente del punto de entrada utilizando cualquier modalidad de transporte, siempre que la totalidad del recorrido en el interior del país se haya realizado por carretera y no haya existido ni carga ni descarga en el país.
Incluye los vehículos automóviles de carretera cargados/descargados de/a otro modo de transporte en la frontera del país en cuestión.
