Пункт, в котором грузы выгружаются из железнодорожного транспортного средства после перевозки.
В отличие от автомобильных и внутренних водных перевозок прямая перегрузка с одного железнодорожного транспортного средства на другое и смена тягового транспортного средства не рассматриваются в качестве разгрузки/погрузки. Однако если груз выгружается из железнодорожного транспортного средства, грузится на другой вид транспорта и вновь загружается на другое железнодорожное транспортное средство, то эта операция рассматривается в качестве выгрузки из первого железнодорожного транспортного средства и последующей погрузки на второе железнодорожное транспортное средство.

place of unloading
The place taken into account is the place in which the goods are unloaded from a railway vehicle after being transported by it.
Unlike in road and inland waterway transport, transhipments from one railway vehicle directly to another and change of tractive vehicle are not regarded as unloading/loading. However, if the goods are unloaded from a railway vehicle, loaded on another mode of transport and, again loaded on another railway vehicle, this is considered as unloading from the first railway vehicle followed by loading on the second railway vehicle.

Entladeort
Ort, an dem die Güter nach der Beförderung von einem Eisenbahnfahrzeug abgeladen werden.
Anders als im Straßenverkehr und in der Binnenschifffahrt gelten das direkte Umladen von einem Eisenbahnfahrzeug auf ein anderes und der Wechsel des Triebfahrzeugs nicht als Entladen/Verladen. Falls die Güter jedoch von einem Eisenbahnfahrzeug entladen, auf ein anderes Verkehrsmittel verladen und anschließend wieder auf ein anderes Eisenbahnfahrzeug verladen werden, so gilt dies als Entladen vom ersten Eisenbahnfahrzeug und anschließendes Verladen auf das zweite.

Lieu où la marchandise a été déchargée d’un véhicule ferroviaire après avoir été transportée par celui-ci.
Les transbordements directs d’un véhicule ferroviaire à un autre et les changements de véhicules moteurs ne sont pas considérés comme des chargements/déchargements, contrairement à ce qui est retenu pour les transports routiers et les transports par voies navigables intérieures Par contre, si les marchandises sont déchargées d’un véhicule ferroviaire, chargées sur un autre mode de transport puis de nouveau chargées sur un autre véhicule ferroviaire, on considère qu’il y a eu déchargement du premier véhicule ferroviaire suivi d’un chargement sur le second véhicule ferroviaire.

Il luogo in cui la merce è scaricata da un veicolo ferroviario sul quale è stata trasportata.
A differenza del trasporto stradale e per vie navigabili interne, il trasbordo da un veicolo ferroviario ad un altro e il cambiamento del veicolo motore non sono considerati come operazioni di scarico/carico. Tuttavia, se le merci sono scaricate da un veicolo ferroviario per essere caricate su un altro modo di trasporto e successivamente ricaricate su un altro veicolo ferroviario, si considera che ciò costituisca uno scarico dal primo veicolo ferroviario seguito da un carico sul secondo veicolo ferroviario.

Lugar en el que la mercancía se descarga de un vehículo ferroviario después de haber sido transportada en él.
A diferencia del transporte por carretera y por vías navegables interiores, no se consideran descargas seguidas de cargas los transbordos de un vehículo ferroviario a otro y los cambios de vehículo motor. Sin embargo, si las mercancías se descargan de un vehículo ferroviario, se cargan en otro medio de transporte y se vuelven a cargar en otro vehículo ferroviario, esto se considerará como descarga del primer vehículo ferroviario seguida de carga en el segundo vehículo ferroviario.
