Единица измерения, соответствующая передвижению на расстояние в один километр одной тонны массы буксируемых транспортных средств (и автомотрис) и их груза.
Включается масса автомотрис, но исключается масса локомотивов. Исключается масса пассажиров и их багажа. Исключаются маневровые и другие аналогичные операции.

Unit of measurement representing the movement over a distance of one kilometre of one tonne of hauled vehicles (and railcars) and contents.
Th e weight of railcars is included, whereas the weight of locomotives is excluded. Passengers and their luggage are excluded. Shunting and other similar movements are excluded.

Maßeinheit für die Bewegung einer Tonne Zuggewicht ohne Triebfahrzeuggewicht über eine Entfernung von einem Kilometer.
Das Gewicht von Triebwagen ist eingeschlossen, das Gewicht von Lokomotiven jedoch ausgeschlossen. Fahrgäste und ihr Gepäck sind ausgeschlossen. Rangierbewegungen u. ä. sind ebenfalls ausgeschlossen.

Unité de mesure correspondant au déplacement sur un kilomètre d’une tonne de véhicule ferroviaire remorqué (et d’automotrice) et de son contenu, à l’exclusion du poids du véhicule moteur.
Le poids des automotrices est inclus mais non celui des locomotives. Les voyageurs et leurs bagages sont exclus. Les manoeuvres et les autres mouvements similaires sont exclus.

L'unità di misura corrispondente allo spostamento, su un percorso di un chilometro, di una tonnellata del peso di un veicolo ferroviario rimorchiato e del suo carico (nonché dell'automotrice).
È incluso il peso delle automotrici mentre è escluso il peso delle locomotive. Sono esclusi i viaggiatori e i relativi bagagli. Sono escluse le manovre di smistamento e gli altri spostamenti analoghi.
